Our client is a Single-Stop IT Services & Solutions Provider located in Singapore, Bukit Merah is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support their operations. Job Position: IT Support Engineer Salary: SGD2,500 to SGD3,500 Location: Singapore, Bukit Merah Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Desktop support \xc2\xb7 Provide basic support and troubleshoot to clients, such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, support routing and escalation to L2 support. \xc2\xb7 Taking ownership of customer issues reported and tracking them through resolution \xc2\xb7 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests \xc2\xb7 Liaise with third party vendors to coordinate client issues on specific services. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution \xc2\xb7 Support company for project implementation activities.
