All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Provide advice to user on SR request, Waiver, Account application, IS policies and Guidelines.
  • To manage the CSPL GTO Ops Centre Helpdesk Support line and ticketing system where users have reported IT-related issues.
  • Carry out 1st level troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues. Where necessary, must be willing to visit user\xe2\x80\x99s office location to assist in resolving the reported issues.
  • Must be a proactive team player recommending solutions to reported problems.
  • Process accounts relating to staff On-boarding (joining the organisation).
  • Process Internal Staff Movement (Inter-dept transfers).
  • Process accounts relating to staff Off-boarding (leaving the organisation).
  • SAP administrative tasks (account applications & transport requests).
  • Account Maintenance (account creations, removals, and activation / deactivation).
  • To monitor the software licenses usage. Highlight purchases required for those reaching re-order level.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of all above tasks carried out.
  • Monitoring of all network and server status.
  • Monitoring of security related matters, identifying computers with potential threats, trouble-shooting and carrying out resolution of security matters.
  • Liaise with GTO Ops Level 2 support during incident, and escalate if necessary.
  • Liaise with network vendor for installation / arrangement of additional LAN points or termination of existing LAN points.
  • To be involved in Business Continuity Plan (BCP \xe2\x80\x93 exercise or actual) to ensure minimum disruption to the company\xe2\x80\x99s business. Staff will prepare computers, setup and support of the BCP and work closely with all teams and personnel involved to ensure its success.
  • To be involved in projects that will have implications on the team\xe2\x80\x99s operations and support.
  • To participate in audit checks, interviews and reviews and provide necessary documents as required.
