As a Level 1 and 2 IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to customers both remotely and onsite. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving software and hardware issues, managing IT infrastructures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
Remote and onsite support: Assist customers remotely through phone, email, or remote desktop tools. Additionally, provide onsite support when necessary, visiting customer locations to resolve complex issues or perform hardware/software installations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose technical problems, applying problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
Customer service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
IT infrastructure management: Assist in managing and maintaining IT systems, including servers, networks, and security measures.
