Job Description

Experience:
4+ years with a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of IT concepts: hardware, software, networking, data storage, backups, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, avoiding unnecessary escalations.
- Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Windows, and familiarity with data backup systems.
- Knowledge of PC/Mac hardware, network protocols, and common applications.

Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of (C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby, or PowerShell).
- Familiarity with Conference Technology and Audio Visual systems.
- Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Service Knowledge Management System.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based applications.
- Experience with Mobile device management and support.
