Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Perform daily reviews of system backups for the local site, operating servers, and network equipment, and document the findings.
\xc2\xb7 Assist network administrators in troubleshooting network connectivity, server, and VOIP issues. Additionally, support in maintaining accurate Active Directory entries for desktops.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support for the Office Suite, Outlook email applications on desktops, and other company-endorsed desktop and mobile applications.
\xc2\xb7 Resolve hardware and software issues pertaining to desktop and mobile devices.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support for production and office peripherals as required.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Operational Technology (OT) teams to understand system requirements and integration points.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems.
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the convergence of IT and OT technologies.
\xc2\xb7 Manage Configuration Items (CI) in the Computer Management Database (CMDB).
\xc2\xb7 Manage incident and service tickets in ServiceNow.
\xc2\xb7 Manage critical incidents and handle escalations in a professional manner.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) while defining and implementing measures to optimize performance.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (including IT Infrastructure and Digital HUB) to implement various IT and Digital solutions in Singapore and Malaysia.
\xc2\xb7 Actively engage with clients to comprehend their needs and advocate for IT solutions.
\xc2\xb7 Cascade IT communications to IT users at the local sites.
\xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from local management and users on IT services and provide insights to the leadership team for ongoing improvement of IT services.
\xc2\xb7 Continuously monitor operations and proactively develop enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
\xc2\xb7 Offer solutions and ideas for improvement and optimization.
\xc2\xb7 Plan and implement IT rollout projects.
\xc2\xb7 Adherence to the Company Code of Conduct.
Your Profile
\xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies/Information Technology; a Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology.
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with ITIL processes.
\xc2\xb7 Technical certifications are advantageous.
