Provide support and ensure optimal operability of Systems, Servers, Network, Printers, and any other office automation systems. Data Backup and ensure backup process is successful with a proper and fully documented Disaster Recovery Plan. Project Management, liaising with various internal and external parties, from initiation to completion of IT related initiatives and systems. Liaise with vendors and Systems Integrators for purchasing of IT equipment and software licenses. Able to go through the proper process of purchasing. Assist in enforcing IT security and PDPA. Web programming and troubleshooting of websites and web applications on a need to basis. Give advice and assistance to end user /clients on reported hardware/software problems and issues. Provide system administration and other ad-hoc duties when assigned Job Requirement Diploma or degree in Accountancy/business admin/computer science/Information systems. Candidate with minimum 1- 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in Windows AD,DHCP and other ERP are advantageous.
