The roles of IT Support Lead include design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of an organization. The services under the responsibility of the Infrastructure Lead are supporting services, or infrastructure, that enable the delivery of customer-facing IT services.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track.
Effective management of day-to-day IT operations by ensuring IT requests and incidents are attended and resolved within the defined service level agreements.
Manage IT related equipment and ensure they function properly at all times.
Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms.
Manage cloud operations.
Provide Enterprise IT support.
Design and create enterprise architecture framework.
Develop Business Continuity Plan.
Installation, patching, troubleshooting and managing of Linux server on cloud environment.
Managing and updating of company\'s website.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
1-2 years of working experiences is preferable.
Preferably with experience on Linux and SQL server.
Knowledge on PHP and other web programming languages will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on API integration with existing in-house applications.
