Job Description




1. Provide technical support for staff, including but not limited to:

  • Setup PC/laptop for new staff, including software installation and user account creation
  • Manage staff email and user accounts, e.g. Office 365
  • Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by staff, e.g. no internet connection, printer can’t print

2. Provide first level technical support for system and application issues faced by staff and customers.

3. Configure and support of IT equipment in office and studios, such as:
  • Routers (CISCO) and wireless access points
  • IPSec VPN configuration
  • Printers and copiers
  • POS systems
  • Fingerprint scanners
  • Digital kiosks

4. Manage IT assets:
  • Track and housekeep IT assets
  • Assist to procure IT equipment, e.g. laptop, mouse, monitor

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in providing IT support.
  • Able to communicate with users in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • CCNA certification will be an advantage.
  • Experience in audio video equipment setup will be a plus.
  • Experience in administration for Cloud services (e.g. AWS, Office 365) will be a bonus.
