They are looking for an IT Support Officer to provide IT Support for in-house & related Group Companies. You will be reporting to the IT Manager. What you will be doing - Setup PC/laptop, install/upgrade (or guide to upgrading) software - PC-related problem (Send/Receive Email, MS Teams, Access Internet, etc.) - Maintain Windows Server/Storage (Domain, File server, ERP server, Backup, etc.) - Manage ERP system (SAP). Requested from the user and ask the vendor to improve. Support users on how to use it. - Maintain network system (WAN, LAN) - Support IT projects for related Group Companies in SIN, MYS, and PHL. - Organize information security policy - Create & update IT technical documents Requirement What they are looking for - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting Windows servers and PC. - Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with native counterparts. - ERP knowledge & experience preferred! - Basic knowledge of accounting is an added advantage! - Good interpersonal/communication skills, hospitality for user support - Positive & earnest job attitude - Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibilities Working Hour 8:30 17:30 Benefit What they are offering - AWS - Variable Bonus (Depend on Company and Individual performance) - Transport Allowance: S$150 - Mobile Allowance: S$40 - Annual Leave 14 days (Maximum of 20 days) - Health Claims Insurance Scheme - Dental Care, - Health check-up (Once every 2 years)
