Job Highlights

  • Location: Ubi/ Kaki Bukit
  • Working days: Mon to Fri
Roles & Responsibilities (Job Duties):
  • Provide technical support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
  • Respond promptly to end-user issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate data logs to ensure SLA for performance reporting
  • Create and update technical documentation for end users
  • Identify area for improvement. Propose and implement technical solutions where applicable.
  • Assist Technical Lead in projects
  • Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Other skills required:
  • Diploma in IT/related
  • Good communication and writing skillS
  • Good customer service skills
  • Knowledge of database administration, network security, IT and virtualisation infrastructure will be an added advantage
  • Able to work shifts if required
