Job Highlights

Roles & Responsibilities (Job Duties):

Provide technical support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Perform asset management and maintain accurate asset records
Respond promptly to end-user issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate data logs to ensure SLA for performance reporting
Create and update technical documentation for end users
Identify area for improvement. Propose and implement technical solutions where applicable.
Assist Technical Lead in projects
Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Other skills required:

Diploma in IT/related
Good communication and writing skillS
Good customer service skills
Knowledge of database administration, network security, IT and virtualisation infrastructure will be an added advantage
Able to work shifts if required
