Job Scope

IT Support Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the infrastructure and technical support aspects within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

Management Skills:

• Infrastructure Management: Supervise the planning implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the organization\'s digital infrastructure, including physical and cloud-based components.
• Technical Support Management: Delivery of high quality technical support services to both internal and external users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Service Level Management: Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that support and infrastructure services consistently meet or surpass agreed-upon performance standards.
• Team Management: Direct, mentor, and manage a team of technical support staff, making certain they possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively support the organization.
• Training and Development: Identify and address any skills gaps within the infrastructure and technical support teams, and ensure that ongoing training and development opportunities are available to team members.
• Technology Evaluation: Remain informed of emerging trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact on the organization\'s infrastructure and support services.

• Compliance Management: Make certain the organization\'s infrastructure and support services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to infrastructure management and technical support, including change management, incident management, and SLAs.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization\'s data, applications, and infrastructure from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Design, implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization\'s infrastructure and support services can rapidly recover from unforeseen events.
• Incident Management: Create and implement processes for tracking, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Management & project delivery.
