- Responsible for managing business development processes
- Implementing logistics IT business solutions for customers, including managing post implementation optimisation
- Managing IT solutioning business resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.
- Align resource management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities.
- Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures.
- Review allocation of resources across different business activities.
- Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs.
- Develop strategic project plan to align projects with business strategy.
- Lead a department and make business decisions.
