Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Provide Level 1 and 2 Support for (Windows 10, Win Server, and Apple Computers Environment)
• Troubleshoot and Resolving MS windows issues
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team; self-research and resolve issues dynamically.
• Respond, to open support tickets.

Required Technical Skills:

• High level of experience in Windows environment.
• High Knowledge in active directory, Group Policy management
• High Knowledge in networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, SMTP, FTP, TELNET.
• High Knowledge in Backup Solutions, Veeam, ShadowProtect, etc.
• High Knowledge in Virtualisation (Hyper-V and VMware)
• Sound Knowledge in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Sound knowledge in Maintaining SQL Databases
• Sound knowledge in Maintaining Backup software
• Sound knowledge of Cloud services.
• Sound knowledge in VOIP/SIP Hosted phones, 3CX Preferred.
• Sound knowledge in Managing Domains and DNS zones

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Sydney to apply for this position with a full working visa.
• Minimum 3 years' Experience With a Local MSP or as a Network administrator for a Medium/Large Size business with 50+ Seats.
• Proactive and passionate about providing great customer service.
• Demonstrate clear and effective support phone call handling with fluent English.
• The ability to work independently, to take initiative and ownership of assigned work
• Honesty and Reliability with a "Can-Do" Attitude.
• Desire to self-development and expand knowledge.
