IT Support Specialist
5.5 Days Alt Sat | 9am to 6pm
$2800-$3500 [Based on Experience]

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the software / hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading.
- Monitor and manage the servers and other IT equipments (e.g. firewall, wifi router, network switches, etc.).
- Install and upgrade antivirus software.
- Manage and monitor the backup process.
- Training and assisting staff in using hardware and software efficiently.
- Negotiate and procurement of computer equipments and other computer peripherals.
- Develop documentation of network structure, applications and IT equipments inventory.
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in technical support role.
- Operating System- Windows 7/10/11/2012/2016. Linux will be an added advantage.
- Backup Software- Veeam Backup and Replication
- Virtualization Sofware- VMWare ESXi
- Report Writer (added advantage)- Crystal Report 8.5/10
- Programming Skills (added advantage): basic knowledge on VB6.0
- Database Management (added advantage): basic knowledge on SQL Server 2016 and MySQL
