Provides assistance and resolve issues with PCs, portable devices (hardware and software) applications, printers, faxes and network related issues to end-users in a timely manner.
Support and administer third -party applications, troubleshooting of system and network issues.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
Set- up user accounts, permissions and passwords; set up new accounts for new users
Coordinate with TELCO company any issues encountered in all branches.
Will act as the point of contact of all TELCO providers with regards to all TELCO related issues.
Will act as the point of contact to all vendors of company equipment with regards to replacement, purchasing and maintenance of company equipment.
Install and replace defective hardware and software packages.
Will help in the maintenance of the ERP system of the company.
Backup data monitoring.
Update and keep inventory of all company equipment.
Provide assistance in network configuration.
Manage PABX (Panasonic) System
Manage and maintain the CCTV of the company in all branches
Manage and maintain the company's server
Firewall Maintenance
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
