We encourage candidates from all walks of life to apply for this job vacancy, and we extend a particularly warm welcome to those with disabilities.JOB MISSION:The main mission of this position is providing support to Eurofragance users, registering and solving the technical issues reported, mainly on Singapore IT systems & infrastructures but also providing support on other global sites if required. Additionally, it will take care of supervising and managing Windows systems.MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • New IT equipments (configuration, installation and connection to the network)
  • Software maintenance (new installation or upgrade)
  • PBX knowledge to provide a basic support (with external support behind)
  • Printers, industrial devices, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 support (with external support behind)
  • Backup management on local systems
  • Remote communication with the rest of global IT team to make one and unique global team
  • User support via ticketing tool (could be local users or global users if required)
  • Main point of contact for IT local partners
  • Windows server and virtual environments management
Key Knowledge:
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Windows server, IOS & Android
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server management
Desirable knowledge:
  • Office 365 and Exchange Online knowledge
  • Virtualization: Vmware or similar
  • Backup tools: Veeam Backup or similar
  • Networking, VPN, firewalls, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 (Cisco, Fortinet or similar)
  • Monitoring tools: Desktop Engine, PRTG or similar...
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity
  • Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or related.
  • At least 3 years\' of work experience in Microsoft environments management and local network support.
  • Comfortable in matrix team structure with operational (Singapore) & functional (Spain) reporting.
