Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage the fulfillment of requirements related to network installation, servicing, repair and maintenance for the company and clients
- Monitor and perform maintenance to all IT equipment (e.g. Data Network: Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, IP Cam/Surveillance, etc)
- Track progress and resolution of incidents with accuracy and well documented notes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Support the IT Manager in supervising the team (IT Support Engineer)
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
