Job Responsibilities: Responsible of identifying hardware and software solutions. In-charge of troubleshooting the technical issues. Responsible of installing and configuring hardware and software. In-charge of updating computer software as well as upgrading software and systems. Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT Support.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or Information Technology 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist. Must proficiency in IT helpdesk software and hardware and in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Preferably has passion for technology and eager to work in a team-oriented environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
