Job Description
:
- Provide professional support in installing and configuring Desktop and other IT issue including hardware and software.
- Assist all our customers with any logged IT related incident.
- Diagnose system problems and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Providing general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops.
- Provide technical support in system configurations and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
- Perform ad-hoc service provision for any corporate IT issues.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Must have related experience in IT support role
- Good with troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
- A good team player with good helping hands
