• Providing internal support for Thought Machine employees in Singapore and internationally
• Visit international offices to support employees
• Provisioning and deploying hardware for new and existing employees
• Managing the stock levels and lifecycle of IT hardware
• Checking and maintaining meeting room and other office IT equipment
• Partnering with the other members of the IT team to provide support and enforce IT policies
• Contributing to infrastructure improvements with other members of the team or as independent project

RequirementsEssential

• Solid foundation in MacOS
• Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
• Solid understanding of networking concepts

Desirable

• Familiarity with JAMF Pro
• Experience in Linux, or a passion and desire to learn it
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Audio Visual experience
• Google Workspace Administration
• Bash and/or Python Scripting
