Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up new users\xe2\x80\x99 accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Depend on the nature of the work, may be expected to work extra hours to finish job.
- Helping to maintain SAP B1 system
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements
- - Min 3 years IT related working experience
