This role will be expected to be available in the APAC time zone. We are constantly growing both in product and customers, and you\'ll significantly impact getting us there!
Responsibilities
Configure, troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware
Work with the IT team to expand efficiency through improving, streamlining, and documenting IT processes
Configure system access with role-based access permissions
ability to work with cross-functional teams like Infosec
Migrating software
Troubleshooting issues that arise in the ticket queue
Preferred Skills
General understanding of Security Control Requirements pertaining to audits such as SOC II, PCI, SOX, etc
Policy updates such as conditional policy, password policy, etc.
MDM Solution Management
Experience setting up new systems
In-depth knowledge of information technology software, user management, and information security best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
Three or more years of work experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, Tier II IT Support Admin or related position
Certifications such as CCS, CompTIA, or any other relevant technology-related certificates are a plus
Strong IT background with experience creating efficiency within the tech stack; including process improvements, integrations, and system configurations that improve technology use or management.
A deep understanding and familiarity with:
IDM and SSO software such as OneLogin, JumpCloud, or Okta
Company-wide software, such as email, chat, and ticket system
Integrations between systems, such as: integrating an app to SSO
MacOS OS: mythology, confidant with bash scripts.
R&D Infrastructure environment, create and maintain EC2 and Workspace machines, user management in development tools such as GH, AWS, DB.
