Main Tasks and Duties

Provide technical support for work related to daily operation, maintenance and IT infrastructure
Responsible for tracking and solving any issues encountered in daily operation, maintenance and IT infrastructure
Manage and configure user or user privileges correctly to ensure the security of IT systems and infrastructure
Provide professional opinions on IT audit and remedy for any gap found in a timely manner
Apply rapid responding and propose a suitable solution for Adhoc job assigned from Department head
Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to business needs, internal policies and procedures
Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management

Job Requirements

Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Prior working experience in the banking sector will be advantageous
English & Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Passionate individual who is keen to learn
Strong knowledge and interest in computer systems
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
