Contract duration: 2 YearsResponsibilities. Responsible for the efficiency, reliability and integrity of the IT system in the organization.. Oversee the data protection responsibilities within the organization and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).. Develop and review periodically policies for handling personal data that are suitable to the organization's needs and in compliance with the PDPA. Communicate internal data protection policies and processes to management, employees, customers, members and other relevant stakeholders. Handle personal data related queries or complaints. Monitor and alert the organization to any risks that might arise with regard to personal data. Liaise with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) on data protection matters. Oversee the smooth running of IT system. Troubleshoot and assist the organization in IT matters or problems. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Ensure that all organization's data are backed up on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis and the necessary disaster recovery plan is implemented. Ensure sufficient security protection against viruses, theft and hacking into the organization's hardware, software and data. Develop plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs. Propose to management measures to enhance and revamp current IT systems as and when necessary. Propose to management measures to purchase/replace hardware and software when necessary. Liaise with systems analyst regarding the requirements of the organization. Liaise with users regarding their requirements and put forth the necessary specifications to the systems analyst. Draft, update and review Standard Operating Procedures for the IT system. State, monitor and review the scope of work for vendors providing outsourcing services to the Co-operative for hardware and software maintenance to ensure provision of efficient and competent services to the Co-operativeOther Duties. Degree qualification in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or related disciplines such as ICT Technology/Telecommunications;2. Minimum of 5 years of working experience dealing with Project Management and Vendor Management.3. Expertise with Fintech, Insurance, Banking, Finance System;4. Prior experience in managing or delivery of a typical system development life cycle (SDLC)5. Knowledge in Cloud (Azure, AWS)6. Understanding of ePayment, Online Transaction and Payment Gateway
