Job Responsibilities

Manage Active directory, Exchange, other Office365 Administrator level tools and ensure proactive maintenance
Install, update, and troubleshoot systems/servers on premise and on the cloud
Assist with the development of the IT infrastructure including the installation of network components, setup of firewalls, etc.
Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability
Plan, coordinate and implement security measures whether network, hardware or software in order to protect company data and ensure compliance with ISO27001, HIPAA and other relevant standards
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operation
Create and maintain accurate documentation of tasks and procedures related to the role
Set-up and administer Azure Active Directory and on-prem Active Directory, administer Office 365 including Security and Compliance features, liaise with technical support agencies and external suppliers (hardware and software) as appropriate, to report problems that could not be resolved locally, recommend solutions and implement the approved solutions
Prioritize all incoming work on a daily basis, including responding quickly and appropriately to urgent/important issues.
