Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Infrastructure Solutions Manager

to design, implement, and manage

enterprise IT/OT infrastructure

across

on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments

.





The role requires

strong technical expertise in

servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) , with proven leadership in

IT infrastructure projects

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and

management of IT/OT infrastructure solutions (

servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and networking).*
Define project deliverables, assign roles, and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones. Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization. Conduct technical evaluation of infrastructure solutions, including cost/benefit analysis and vendor selection. Ensure system availability, resilience, security, and compliance in all IT/OT solutions. Manage and mentor technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, experience in

IT infrastructure and project management.

Hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches). Familiar with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
