You will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also assist users across all departments with their technical requirements.Role and Responsibilities Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed. PC Setup/ Replacement/ Troubleshooting for users Managing/ troubleshooting Kyocera Printer/ Copier and Network Services Hardware troubleshooting (Monitors, laptops, desktops, AIO, Printer, Dahua devices, etc) Disposal of hardware components (Monitors, AIO, Laptops and desktops, etc) Installation of VPN client for usersRequirements Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of hardware and software Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends Strong customer service ethos Ability to work well with people Strong communications skills Excellent organisational skillsAdditional Notes Permanent Role Immediate Vacancy
