Job Description

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT or any other related field

• At least 1-2 years of working experience as IT Technical Supervisor.

• With good communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Warm personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work with under limited supervision.

• Knows how to drive (is advantage).

• Willing to work at field

: 1. Provide technical solutions to clients thru site visit, remote or phone calls.
2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
3. Gather customeraEUR(TM)s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet
connectivity, email clients, VOIP and more.
5. Research required information using available resources.
6. Follow standard processes and procedures.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications. Report all Client issues and concerns to the IT Manager.
8. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining
customersaEUR(TM) and clientsaEUR(TM) business.
9. Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and
situations.
10. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
11. Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
12. Assist and support the IT manager.
13. Observes and follows safety rules and regulations.
14. Performs other duties as may be required from time to time by superiors.
