Job Description

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science or computer related course

• At least 1-2 years working experience

• Attends to user's inquiries when there is a computer malfunction or errors.

• Makes sure that all workstations are in working conditions.

• Coordinates with co-employees for the upgrading, and antivirus scanning of the computers and computer system.

• Reports to the Administration the developments of the system.

• Checks and eliminates program errors encountered by the users to ensure smooth flow of the system.

• Daily antivirus scanning of all computers

• Monitoring and maintaining computer system performance in all departments

• Makes documentation, logging, and report preparation in all computer-related concerns

• Makes additional modules as per the User's request.

• Tests and traces the whole system to know the system flow and to know the proper adjustments/ enhancements to be made.

• Maintains and administer the Server.

• Responsible in maintaining and troubleshooting computer work stations.

• Responsible in performing maintenance / cleaning of C.P.U and printers.

• Assist in the maintenance of the website

• Management of the CCTVs, cabling, VPN, Computer Software and Hardware

• Check GPS monitoring of our delivery trucks from time to time

• May require to do graphics design

• Other pertinent tasks required by the management
