  • Most applications and desktop operating system are running in Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS. Applicant should provide professional technical support for this environment. The deployed resources should support/assist/troubleshoot/repair ClientaEUR(TM)s computing devices for hardware and software.
  • Included are desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Also included in the support are the printers (multi-function, laser, and dot matrix). Support is not limited only to the hardware but also with the software included in these devices.
  • Excluded in this scope are the servers, network switches, firewall and other devices in the data center. Primary Scope of Work: Successful candidate will perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) to Client's IT assets for software and hardware.
  • Provide technical support in the installation of new hardware and software, transfer, add, upgrade and/or replace of IT hardware and software assets. Remote and On-Site Support Capability for Head Office:
  • The technical support's scope of work will be service desk support/desk side support and on-site support.
  • The technical support should be able to perform their work by remotely accessing the IT hardware and software of the users. In case there will be difficulty in doing this, they should be able to provide support users at the "actual site" (workstation)
