Job Description

1st line ON-SITE support to internal staff and to customers who are experiencing issues withWindows desktop and laptops.Printer configuration and WiFi connection.Support end-users via onsite, phone and email.Create tickets and monitor the status of the issue.Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Office & O365 Administration.Vendor Management, coordinate and escalate issues to the vendor for immediate ResolutionSUPPORTED APPLICATIONSWindows 7 and aboveMicrosoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)End Point protectionJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
