The IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) Manager design, plans and execute BCS's IT disaster recovery plans to ensure the integrity Position Overview This role is hired under one of the subsidiaries under NETS Group, namely Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd. The IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) Manager design, plans and execute BCS's IT disaster recovery plans to ensure the integrity of company's data and critical systems. Assurance are done through internal exercise as well as industry exercise, up keeping of recovery plans, and conformance to regulatory requirements through reporting and continuous improvement. The main objective is how to recover a critical service safely and effectively. The Enterprise Service & Support Department ensures BCS ITIL processes are operationally relevant and optimized with sufficient controls, providing IT teams a framework to operate and deliver IT services to our customers. Key Responsibilities Responsible for continual development of disaster recovery plans for all critical services Maintain a scenario document capturing plausible failures/events Responsible for scheduling and leading all disaster recovery exercises Responsible for maintaining critical asset list of IT services, vendors, applications and components Work with business continuity management to continual test recovery plans and meet regulatory requirements Ensure all critical services, applications, processes and data are identified and recovery plans are in place through the review of BIA. Work with Incident Manager on post incident investigation for high severity incident to produce service outage report Recommend recovery technology to reduce resource commitment and improve turnaround time Responsible for responding to all audit matters arising on ITDR Track and report service availability for critical services Requirements Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience planning and orchestrating IT disaster recovery plans and exercise Familiar with MAS BCM guidelines with the ability of articulate the key requirements Good understanding of current regulatory requirements in Singapore (MAS TRM, Cyber hygiene and CCOP) Deep understanding on data/system/platform recovery technology Attention to details, with the ability to thoroughly and accurately review and track recovery tasks Project management experience is highly desirable ITSM working knowledge
