Your Responsibilities: -
  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 phone enquiries and calls deployment \xef\x82\xb7
  • Provide service reservations \xef\x82\xb7
  • Coordinate breakdown site services for customers \xef\x82\xb7
  • Update customers\xe2\x80\x99 database in system
You will need: -
  • Minimum 1 year of Call Centre experience.
