Requirements:
- Filipino can speak in both Japanese and English effectively
- Open for Japanese N2 level and above
- Open for graduate and undergraduate
- With BPO or CSR experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling information inquiries, flight reservations, ticketing
- Receive customers inquiries through phone calls, emails or chat regarding their questions, resolve issues with delayed and cancelled flights
- You also solve problems regarding flight booking, flight changes, and other inquiries.
