Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
• Motivates the team and fosters open communication between staff and management.
• Responsible for recruiting and training staff members.
• Coordinates and supervises staff scheduling.
• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
• Oversees and maintains stock inventory levels.
• Prepares and submits daily sales reports.

Job Requirement(s)

• Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Industry
• Comfortable to work in non-halal environment
• Willing to commit for shift work
