- Preferably Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
- Expert experience in the field of Recruitment
- Willing to work in Alabang.
- Preferably with 1 - 2 Years' experience in Recruitment
- End to end recruitment activity
- Lead and manage in house end to end hiring activities
- Responsible in preparing recruitment reports
- Manage escalations from stakeholders/ clients
- Partner with senior or team leaders on resource, planning, recruiting agency
- Initial Screening
- Language Assessment
- Team Lead Interview
- Final Interview
- Berlitz Assessment
- Job Offer
- 8 hour shift
- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
