Our client, a well-known IT firm is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking Account Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow revenue from assigned telecoms companies and customers and develop new telecoms or managed service provider customers, by \xe2\x80\x9dhunting\xe2\x80\x9d new accounts
  • Provide consultative selling by positioning Global Internet services and SD-WAN services
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and existing customer relationships
  • Support the regional sales plan for all of the company\'s services, identifying and closing new opportunities
  • Understand and articulate the company\xe2\x80\x99s positioning, strategy and internet approach
  • Demonstrate a clear awareness the specific market pressures, trends and changes
  • Succeed through collaborating closely with a team of pre-sales Engineers and Technical leaders Resolve any client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese clients
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in IT/Telco industry
