Job Description

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in providing application/systems support for JD Edwards (JDE).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective JD Edwards solutions.
• Configure and customize JD Edwards modules to align with specific business needs, while ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
• Provide consistent and reliable support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for JD Edwards applications.
• Implement and oversee system upgrades and enhancements to keep our JD Edwards environment current and optimized.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower end-users with JD Edwards best practices and maximize their proficiency.
• Monitor system performance and security meticulously, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a robust and secure environment.
• Stay updated with the latest JD Edwards advancements and industry trends, offering valuable recommendations and implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, fostering strong communication and alignment.
• Thoroughly document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our JD Edwards solutions and overall business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in providing application/systems support for JD Edwards (JDE).
