About JLL Technology Intern (Application Engineer) Programme

What\xe2\x80\x99s your ambition? Is it a big goal or small steps? Professional or personal? We\xe2\x80\x99d like to know, because we make your ambitions our business. And if you have ambitions in property consultancy, helping you achieve them is what we do best.

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a technology professional.

This 12-week programme will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within one of our Technology business lines. Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced professional, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

In addition, you will be able to participate in soft skills training sessions and peer networking events that bolster your development as a technology professional.

What this job involves

As a member of our technology team, the Technology Intern will provide support in:

Contribute to the technical architecture and solution

Develop application UI using ReactJS and backend RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core

Develop database logic using Microsoft SQL Server

Other responsibilities:

Produce technical designs and support documentation for applications built

Provide on-going support for applications built

Perform system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing

Skill(s) required

ReactJS, ASP.NET CORE, SQL SERVER Database

Good to have Postman, Azure DevOps and CI/CD knowledge

You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technology related fields. Friends describe you as a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
