About JLL Technology Internship Program (Digital Adoption - Product Support/Testing)

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a technology professional. This 12-week program will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within JLL Technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Product Specialist team. Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced professional and highly skilled team, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.

In addition, you will be able to participate in soft skills training sessions and peer networking events that bolster your development as a technology professional.

What this job involves

As a member of our JLLT Product Specialist team, the technology intern will focus on supporting one of our strategic products/tools and provide white glove support to our leasing brokers on how to create and share digital sales story. The technology intern will be actively involved in day-to-day support of this sales tool and at the same time also get an opportunity to help in user acceptance testing (UAT) of our web-based leasing application.

Skill(s) required

• A user-centric mindset and the ability to understand users\xe2\x80\x99 business processes and friction points

• Ability to actively resolve an assigned queue of user facing support cases by providing one seamless resolution to the end-user
• Ability to perform UAT (user acceptance testing) of a web-based application
• Able to log and track defects/enhancements in defect logging tool
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and/or in team

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle is a plus

You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Data Analytics or similar technology related fields.
