Onyx by J.P. Morgan is a newly-launched business that seeks to reimagine how business are built, grow and interact, by developing innovative applications that leverage cutting edge technology. We seek to build the world's most advanced ecosystem, with ubiquitous access to infrastructure, collaboration networks, services, and expertise.

Onyx Coin Systems is a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, joined together by a passion for transforming the way payments are done. We are tasked with providing our clients with new age cash management and payment products.

What will you do?

• Drive the product roadmap for Programmable Payments, working closely with Product Development, Product Delivery and Technology teams
• Develop and prioritise Use Cases and Product Requirements in partnership with Product Development team
• Partner with other Products (including other Lines of Business) to extend the Programmability features of the service
• Ensure new-age intuitive user experience of client interfaces of Programmable Money
• Collaborate with functional partners across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology and Operations to ensure product viability and scalability

You are a great fit if:

• You have minimum a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of payments/ product experience
• You are both a Strategic thinker - able to conceptualize the big picture, prioritize, and connect the dots across business areas to ensure we develop impactful solutions - as well as a hyper-logical thinker with a very strong attention to detail - able to break down complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritise them with solid data
• You hustle, take ownership, and get things done
• You are a natural collaborator and thrive in a matrix environment - working across product lines, functions and geographies in a heavily matrixed environment
• You are driven by insatiable curiosity and willingness to learn - a steep learning curve doesn't scare you, but excites you!
• You are excited about building payment solutions, which exist on the periphery of mainstream industry, ground-up and challenging the status quo

Professional experiences that will set you apart:

• Experience as a product manager or product owner
• Payments background - Good understanding of transaction banking services across all products
• Strong client empathy with keen appreciation of clients' underlying treasury/payments requirements
• Understanding of international markets from a payments, FX, securities, and treasury perspective
• Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
