About the Position

eCommerce product team is part of the APAC payment innovation team that cover Emerging Rails, eCommerce and Trust and Safety Product. As the industry evolve in supporting eCommerce segment JP Morgan is building capabilities to support different segment of ecommerce such as TP3 and Marketplace and provide scalable automated integration tool to do Payments and Value- add services at Global scale . This include Pay-in-Pay out, e-KYC, validations and other services for digital space. This role is product development role that required the individual to plan and execute JP Morgan Asia Pacific eCommerce product suite build delivery execution.

Core Responsibilities of Emerging Rails Product Manager

  • Business and Market Requirement Owner: Manage and own Business Initiatives at regional and global level from end to end perspective.
  • Business Architecture - defining the end to end business flows related to delivery of TS Payment Services. Working with Functional Partners to agree operational, service delivery and systems architecture that supports these flows.
  • Requirements Definition - analyzing detailed end to end business requirements associated with delivery of TS Payment Services. Working with Product Managers and other Functional Partners to consolidate these requirements and to author detailed statements of requirements
  • Providing central point of contact through which Technology may work to maintain and prioritize the development backlog.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience analyzing and documenting Business Requirements
  • Payment product management experience preferred
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation
  • Organizational skills and time management
  • Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications.
  • Project planning skills.
  • May require travel.
