Summary IPC Network Services is looking for a Network Sales Representative based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be interested in establishing client contacts in the financial industry and other market segments and have a thorough understanding of the electronic trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate will also be fully computer literate, a self-starter, and have the ability to bring opportunities through his or her past successful client selling relationships. Job Responsibilities Team with key individuals to introduce IPC services, provide price quotations, execute contracts and drive additional trading systems and network sales.
  • Attain sales quota target within expense guidelines provided from developing new accounts and increasing billing from existing accounts.
  • Actively market IPC to the trading community, tracked by entry of prospects and leads to Salesforce.com, IPC's CRM system.
  • Develop and deliver customer presentations and proposals to promote products into the installed IPC base as well as new prospects.•Liaise with counterparts to develop sales strategy for network services and bundled opportunities.
  • Acquire expert knowledge of IPC's product suite and competitors' products and services.
  • Establish regular meetings with customers and prospects to continually promote products and services, including telephone calls, visits and social events to act on all selling opportunities and check that clients are satisfied with service from IPC Operations.
  • Build strategic relationships and create business alliances with customers.
  • From a needs analysis of client requirements be able to tailor an IPC solution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecast and reports via Salesforce.com for management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate business expense reports via Oracle.•Become primary Account Manager for assigned accounts.
  • Pro-active B-end account management for key strategic accounts as identified (e.g – hedge funds, trading venues, etc) to develop into potential A-end accounts.
  • Any other related business development and sales / sales support duties as required from time to time on ad-hoc basis from management.
  • Work with pre-sales team to formulate best fit solutions for clients and prospects.
  • Co-ordinate with other regions and territories as needed to support overall IPC sales objectives in conjunction with regional management and sales team/s
  • Identify and pass-on potentially cross-selling opportunities for other IPC businesses outside of Network Services (Trading Systems, Managed Services)
Experience and Skills Required
  • At least 1-2 years previous sales or customer support experience
  • Knowledge with the financial services industry, particularly voice and/or electronic trading•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude•Ability to organize schedule and set priorities that meet corporate objectives.
