HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

• 
  
• You will serve as the first option to facilitate learning sessions
• You will oversee training evaluation activities
• You will also design course content
• You will facilitate training sessions and training evaluations

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION

• 
  
• You have a minimum of 3 years with facilitation of instructor-led training, conduction of evaluation, and some course content development
• Preferably has worked in the creative, advertising, and BPO industry.
• You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You care about the growth of the company
• You must resonate with our Vivid Vision 2024.
