  • Formulate and implement strategic HR operations and technology initiatives
  • Implement HR Information Systems such as establishing objectives of the organization's HRIS
  • Identify business priorities in using HR systems
  • Finalize identification and criteria for an HRIS that meets business requirements and budget considerations Review the implementation plan to ensure effective and efficient adoption and integration with other systems in an organization
  • Obtain senior business leaders' buy-in and support for the adoption of HR systems
  • Manage the team's knowledge of all HR systems and technological landscapes, intersections, and connections Ensure that governance measures are in place for any relative changes or updates to company policies and legislation from recruitment to offboarding — that should reflect in existing technologies
  • Undertake Analytics and Insights
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and systems
  • Manage Relationships and Communication
  • Drive Operational Excellence and the Use of Technology
  • Apply Labor Policies and Legislation
  • Manage team operations and performance
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree
  • 5+ years of experience implementing HR Systems
  • Ability to data-mine creates meaningful data points to conversion to action plans
  • Accountable for ensuring optimal resolution to identified and actionable staff concerns.
  • Ability to work through all departments in the enterprise in providing feedback/ issue resolution, decision making for staff and the enterprise.
