Job Description

Responsibilities: The Senior HR Manager will be responsible to the overall management of Human Resource and Administration to support the operational requirements and achieve business objectives. To align with the organization’s direction, to develop a productive workforce and maintain attractive & conducive working environment for employee.
  • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies that support the business objectives and goals
  • Partnering with various BUs to rollout HR initiative and projects such as manpower planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs and etc
  • Develop manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources
  • Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure provision of HR perspective and expertise
  • Oversee the recruitment team on the recruitment process - the full recruitment cycle, onboarding and offboarding process
  • Involve in talent management and development strategies
  • Identify Training Needs and managing of training budget for the company
  • Assist in Annual Performance management process
  • Involve in employee engagement
Requirements:
  • Min. 5 - 8 years of HR Experience (corporate experience is an added advantage but not a must)
  • Preferably from the building/construction, M&E, Facilities Management industry or related background
  • Degree in HRM or any related field and able to write and speak well
  • Well versed in MOM rules and regulations, including resourceful in applying for subsidies, grants, and claims etc from various related statutory board or government ministries and etc.
  • Able to handle various project managers strategically, tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Able to analyse and do cost cutting, savings for projects and circulating manpower from projects to projects and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Have experience in a HR strategic planning and is well versed with Employment Act
