Job Description

The position will offer a great opportunity to strengthen your expertise in the accounting field.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Assist in the planning and resource requirements, lead execution and implementation of client scope & engagements aligned with the delivery system.
  • Coaches and supports project team members in the use of tools and methodologies.
  • Prepares and presents the project and team performance analysis dashboard.
  • Communicate to the steering committee changes on the project deliverables and schedules.
  • Updates project milestones and advise issuance of project billing.
  • Responsible to develop methods on how to improve the quality of service to clients through the delivery system and agreed-upon procedures.
  • Organize and review the work of the team members and ensure that client engagements follow the prescribed service quality of Infinnum.
  • Monitors the performance of Business Process Analysts based on objectives and deliverables contained in our service engagement contract with our clients.
  • Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely.
  • Identify the issues and concerns of the account and project execution. Propose solutions also to the issues and concerns.
  • Manage up to PhP 2M Annual Revenue Portfolio
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • The candidate must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Management, and other related courses.
  • Certified Public Accountant and Certified Industrial Engineer is a plus.
  • Certified Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt is a plus.
  • Good scholastic records.
  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Lead at least one (1) to three (3) business process improvement implementations.
  • Has experience in managing and leading direct team members.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Understanding of general project management such as project budget, resource allocation, project profitability, and project issue resolution.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
