JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Month-End and Year-End Closing to ensure compliance of Financial Statement.
Maintain Accounting Schedule.
Prepare daily payment advice, weekly position and monthly reporting.
Process online payments to vendors.
Responsible for quarterly GST reporting and submission, assisting in yearly corporate tax computation.
Support and coordinate with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, bankers, and local tax and government authorities where required.
Assist in budgeting exercises for various departments & business units.
Assist in transaction recording and computation of proceeds.
Any ad hoc assignment assigned

REQUIREMENT:

Degree in accounting or Professional Certification, eg. ACCA, CPA or equivalent with at least 1-5 years of relevant experience
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards.
Committed, self-motivated and adaptable.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate well to people at all levels in the organization and external people
