Working day: 5 days Working hours: To be discussed during interview Working Location: Nearest MRT: Raffles Place Job Scope: * Work with Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation * Ensure Working day: 5 days Working hours: To be discussed during interview Working Location: Nearest MRT: Raffles Place Job Scope: Work with Head Chef to plan and direct food preparation Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment Dealing with suppliers and ensuring food cost targets are achieved Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items Assist in development of food menu Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards Manage kitchen team including engaging in training, ensuring compliance with SOP, boosting staff morale, resolving conflicts, taking disciplinary actions etc Manage and organise daily restaurant operations, including managing costs, manpower planning, inventory control etc Job Requirements: At least 3 years of fine dining kitchen management experience Prior experience in Kosher cuisine is advantageous Must be able to rotate day and night shifts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exhibit strong leadership skills Attention to detail with highly developed palette
