Job Description
FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING!We are looking for Accounting Associates whose hearts are into public practice and who possess the following qualifications:
- Must be graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Accounting Technology;
- Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting and in Basic Microsoft Office Applications, but are willing to innovate themselves to learn computerized accounting systems such as Peachtree, MYOB or Quickbooks.
- With a solid background in accounting standards as well as national and local tax laws.
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Willing and able to do fieldwork within Metro Manila or nearby cities, towns or municipalities, if necessary.
- With good written and oral communication skills, in English and Filipino.
- Assist the Firm in its performance of accounting and tax compliance services to clients from varying industries, from recording of accounting transactions to the preparation of unaudited trial balances, financial statements and other reports that may be required by the clients' management as well as other reports required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
